Shipping policy

Here's everything you need to know about how your Top G order gets to you.
1. Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and shipping speed. We occasionally run free shipping promotions during product drops — if one is active, it'll show at checkout.
2. Delivery times

Delivery times begin when your order ships, not when you place it. Most orders ship within 1 to 3 business days. Limited drops and high-volume releases may take up to 5 business days to ship.
3. Order processing
Once your order is placed, you'll get a confirmation email. When your order ships, you'll get a second email with tracking information. You can also check status any time in your account at topg.com/account.
4. Tracking
Tracking links are included in your shipping confirmation email. Once the carrier scans the package, updates start appearing within 24 to 48 hours.
5. Customs and import duties
For international orders outside your country of origin, customs duties, taxes, or handling fees may apply on arrival. These are set by your local customs authority and are not included in the price or shipping cost at checkout.
Any duties or fees charged on delivery are the responsibility of the customer. If you refuse a package because of unpaid duties, it may be returned or destroyed by customs at our discretion, and refunds may not be available.
6. Shipping addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you spot an error after placing an order, contact us immediately at support@topg.com — we can sometimes update the address before shipment.
7. Lost, stolen, or delayed packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it:
- Check with neighbours, household members, and building managers
- Wait 24 to 48 hours (carriers sometimes mark packages delivered before they arrive)
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
- If still missing, contact support@topg.com
For delayed packages, note that carriers sometimes experience delays due to weather, holidays, or customs backlogs. We'll do our best to help but cannot guarantee delivery times once the package is with the carrier.
8. Damaged shipments
If your package arrives damaged, take photos immediately (both the packaging and the items inside) and contact support@topg.com within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
9. Restricted regions
We don't currently ship to every country. If your location isn't available at checkout, we don't ship there yet. Contact us if you want to check, but we can't make exceptions.
